Chief of Staff qualifies to be running mate – NPP Communicator

A member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Communication Team, Lawrence Kwesi Botchway Jnr., has stated that Chief of Staff Akosua Frema Osei-Opare is more than qualified to be running mate for any of the party’s flagbearer aspirants who will be elected come November 4, towards the upcoming 2024 general elections.

In an exclusive interview, Kwesi Botchway highlighted Osei-Opare’s exceptional leadership skills and her nurturing qualities that make her an ideal candidate for the role. He emphasised that her approach to leadership mirrors qualities of a motherly figure, making her an indispensable asset to the party.

Kwesi Botchway also addressed recent allegations made by certain quarters, notably Hopeson Adorye, regarding Osei-Opare’s age. He unequivocally debunked these allegations, asserting that her age is not a deterrent but rather an advantage that brings a wealth of experience to the table.

The NPP Communicator went on to highlight the impressive track record of Chief of Staff Osei-Opare in her tenure at the Presidency.

He credited her with effectively curbing potential scandals and maintaining a dignified image for the presidency. “Her ability to navigate complex situations and maintain a high level of professionalism has undoubtedly played a pivotal role in the success of the administration,” he added.

Kwesi Botchway also highlighted the historical significance of Osei-Opare’s role as the first female politician to hold the Chief of Staff position. He underscored that her achievement paves the way for a more inclusive political landscape and reflects the party’s commitment to gender diversity.
