Ghana winger Ernest Nuamah scores debut goal for French giants Olympic Lyon

Ghana international Ernest Nuamah has scored his first goal for French giants, Olympic Lyon.

The Black Stars winger joined Lyon from FC Nordjaelland in the just ended summer transfer window, smashing several records following his move.

Nuamah opened his scoring account on Sunday, October 8, 2023 in his sides game against Lorient on home turf.

The visitors broke the deadlock through Fabio Grosso after just 16 minutes before the Ghana international smashed in a half volley on 21 minutes to draw them level against Lorient.

Lyon are struggling this season and must play above themselves to maintain their status in the top-flight.
