American rapper Rick Ross has stated that he would like to work on a future collaboration with Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy.
The "Rich Forever" hitmaker revealed this in a social media video that featured Brett Berish, Sovereign Brands' president and CEO.
In the video, we witness Mr. Berish phoning a third party to get the names of potential African artists Rick Ross might collaborate with on his project.
Nasty C. and Black Sherif. Asake, there are so many. There are just so many of them," the unidentified voice says.
The CEO of Maybach Music Group, Rick Ross, also made hints that he would be open to collaborating with other African musicians, such as Tanzania's Diamond Platnumz and Nigeria's Yemi Alade, in addition to Stonebwoy.
He went on to say that he was excited to collaborate with twelve different artists from twelve different African nations.
"We are heading to Africa. Africa is everywhere. 2024 is going to be a very important year. This list is going to be very long. He hinted that 2024 might be a "champagne moment."
