Sad: Actress Jayne Buckman D!es At Age 49

It has been reported that Ghanaian veteran actress and editor at Graphic Showbiz has sadly passed away after a short illness.

According to a report by blogger, Nkonkonsa.com, Jayne passed away this morning, Friday August 18, 2023.

Even though the cause of death hasn’t been revealed, Jayne 49, was reported to have suffered a short illness.

Jayne was a staff writer with Graphic Showbiz where she worked for over two decades covering major events both in Ghana and abroad.

Having served in various capacities in the creative industry for about two decades and Graphic Showbiz’s Jayne Buckman-Owoo finally got the recognition due her when she was honoured at the Golden Age Creative Arts Awards (GACAA) which came off at the Alisa Hotel in Accra in 2021.

Jayne was honoured for Excellence in Leadership in the Creative Arts sector and was given a citation.
