requesting assistance for endeavors in the beauty Ghana's queen is challenging - Miss Ghana 2022

The winner of Miss Ghana 2022, Miriam Xorlasi Tordzeagbo, has discussed some of the difficulties she has faced since taking first place in the beauty contest.

Speaking on The Afternoon Show on Thursday, Miriam mentioned that asking for organizations' help to start projects as a pageant queen is a difficult undertaking.

She continued by saying that occasionally staff members from different organizations wind up discouraging pageant winners by making remarks like "why are you doing pageant? Attend class.
It's really challenging to get support in Ghana when you're a beauty queen. When you approach people, they ask you why you're participating in beauty pageants. You ought to be acting in a different manner. They genuinely ignore you and show you no respect. It can sometimes kill your soul, the woman said.

But despite all of these devastations, Miriam claimed that what keeps her going is her desire to better and uplift society by being recognized as Miss Ghana 2022.

In response to the question of whether she experiences sexual advances from men in these groups, she confirmed that she does, but she also said that this is a standard occurrence in all institutions of higher learning.
It seems pretty natural to me. It is common for women to encounter advances from men in all business sectors. She said, "You should learn to say no when you're not interested and you should go for it if you are interested."

Ghana will be represented by Miriam Xorlali in the Miss World Competition, which takes place from February 18 to March 9.
