32 Year Old Man R3pes Three Year Old Girl In Ondo (Photo)

The prosecuting officer, Martins Olowofeso, informed the court that the defendant committed the crimes on June 12, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

Daniel Udoh, age 32, has been remanded to Olokuta Correctional Centre for the sexual abuse and exploitation of a 3-year-old girl.

A family court sitting in Oke-Eda, Akure, Ondo State, issued the order.

Udoh, a resident of No. 5, Alayere Community, Oda Road, Akure, has been charged with one count of s3xual abuse.


The prosecuting officer, Martins Olowofeso, informed the court that the defendant committed the crimes on June 12, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

In his apartment, he claimed, Udoh sexually tortured and exploited a 3-year-old child (name withheld).

Olowofeso noted that the defendant unlawfully exploited the victim after luring her to his room.

The prosecutor stated, "When the victim's mother heard her daughter crying, she rushed to the scene and found the defendant molesting the child."

According to the prosecutor, the offense violates Section 32(a) of the 2006 Ondo State Child's Rights Law.

Olowofeso urged the court to remand the defendant pending the conclusion of the DPP's legal opinion.

However, when the accusations were read, Udoh pled not guilty.

The magistrate, Folashade Aduroja, remanded the defendant to the Olokuta correctional facility until the next court date.
