At Sofoline, a speeding four-wheeler strikes and kills a 32-year-old nurse.

A 32-year-old nurse was killed by a car in a horrific collision in Sofoline, Kwadaso Municipality, Ashanti Region.

According to a witness, Francisca Asare, also known in the area as Akosua Aso, was killed while crossing the Bekwai Roundabout – Sofoline highwa on June 12, 2023.

Jacob Agyenim Boateng, the deceased's sibling, told an OTEC News reporter that his sister was pronounced dead upon arrival at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

He revealed that the driver of the Four wheel Runner with the license plate number GT-3593-14 has been apprehended and is currently assisting investigators.

The corpse has since been stored in the morgue of the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital pending an autopsy.
