Bawumia and Chairma Wontumi Are One - Hon. Ayew Afriyie

The Member of Parliament for Effiduase Asokore, Hon. Dr. Nana Ayew Afriyie, has revealed that Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia feels good and happy to have Chairman Wontumi in his team as he seeks to be flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The NPP legislator who was speaking on the Wontumi Morning Show, described Chairman Wontumi as a consummate politician who is brave and never hidden his admiration for Bawumia as future leader of the party.

According to him Chairman Wontumi never uses his position as regional Chairman to intimidate other members of the party who support other candidates.

“Even if you belong to Alan’s camp and Chairman Wontumi likes you, he likes you. He won’t use his position to intimidate you. He is a brave politician who isn’t scared to speak his mind at all times”, he said.
