Black Stars forward Joseph Paintsil endorses Ghana Premier League

In a video posted on the Ghana Football Association's social media platforms, Black Stars forward Joseph Paintsil has publicly endorsed the Ghana Premier League.

Paintsil, who currently plays for KRC Genk in Belgium and formerly represented Tema Youth, attributes his football success to his experience in the Ghanaian division and urges his fellow citizens to be proud of it.

In the video, Paintsil expressed his appreciation to the Ghana Premier League, saying, "I urge all Ghanaians to come together with love, support, and to watch the Ghana Premier League because that is where we all came from and that is why we are in the spotlight today."

He emphasized the significance of the league in fostering talent and providing a stage for players to exhibit their abilities.

Paintsil, who has played in the Ghana Premier League and Division One, spoke fondly of his time in the domestic competitions and extolled the abilities of his teammates.

The endorsement from Paintsil is a major boost for the Ghana Premier League, which has struggled in recent years to attract attention and support.

The success of the winger in the Belgian Jupiler Pro division, where he has scored a remarkable 17 goals this season, demonstrates the significance of his expertise in the Ghanaian division.
