Ghanaian Police Officer Blasts Inspector Ahmed Twumasi Over Madwoa's Desth: "Now Ladies Will Reject Us"

A video of a Ghanaian police officer criticizing the alleged murderer of Madwoa has generated online commentary.

Inspector Ahmed Twumasi is suspected of murdering Madwoa. The police officer stated that his actions do not reflect the fundamental values of the Ghana Police Service.

A Ghanaian police officer has taken to social media to express his displeasure with Inspector Twumasi Ahmed, who has been apprehended and accused of murdering a 26-year-old woman in Kumasi.

In a TikTok video that has since gone viral, a plainclothes police officer who appeared visibly furious stated that the actions of a fellow officer have brought the entire service into disrepute.

The man expressed concern that bachelors in the police force would be at a disadvantage because women would be hesitant to date them.

He concluded by stating that Inspector Ahmed Twumasi's behavior is uncharacteristic of Ghanaian police officers and pleaded with Ghanaian women not to reject police officers who declare their affection for them.

Madwoa was to travel to the United States.

In an interview with +Plus1 TV, the visibly distraught woman stated that the Madwoa was scheduled to travel to the United States in two weeks, but her untimely demise prevented her from doing so.

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, Inspector Ahmed Twumasi appeared before the Asokore Mampong District Court charged with homicide.
