I Support SouthEast Presidency To Heal The Wound Of The Civil War - Shettima

Kashim Shettima, the vice presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress APC, has said that he supports the movement of the presidency to the South East, but he does not back Peter Gregory obi, the presidential candidate for the Labor Party.

While speaking at a summit in Abuja, the ex-governor of Borno state said that Peter obi had built his entire campaign on falsehoods and dishonesty.

He thinks the Labor Party's presidential hopeful isn't the best choice because there are better candidates from the South and East.

While compiling his list, he commented that current Ebonyi state governor Dave Umahi would be an excellent choice for president of Nigeria because of the good he has done for his state. Additionally, he mentioned Rochas Anayo okorocha, the former governor of Imo state, as another candidate from the South East who will lead the nation to victory.

If you ask him "Having a president from the South would help heal the country after the trauma of the Civil War, and I support that goal. However, the OBIdient crowd's self-destructive modus operandi is repugnant and will get them nowhere. In the southeast alone, I can think of many more deserving candidates for the presidency than Gregory ( Peter Obi). Rochas Anayo okorocha, a friend of mine, is capable of doing that. You can call Dave Umahi the governor of a province, but no southern East Coast governor has been more effective than he has been."
