Mahama is a terrible product to brand – Akufo-Addo’s lawyer

Kow Essuman, legal counsel to President Akufo-Addo, has taken on former President John Dramani Mahama following the latter's bid for reelection.

Mr. Essuman claims that Mr. Mahama is a "terrible product" to promote, and as a result, his handlers struggle to market him to Ghanaians.


Mr. Essuman, who engages in social media exchanges with the former Deputy Minister of Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, stated that citizens do not consider the former president seriously.


According to him, his claims are supported by Mr. Mahama's performance in office.

"Trying so hard to promote a "terrible product" for the political market, only for the "terrible product" to make a statement that reminds Ghanaians of his true nature. They intend to replicate the Government's hashtag upon completion. Ah!"

Mr. Kwakye Ofosu, for his part, described Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who is running for the leadership of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), as a "failure."


He insisted that Dr. Bawumia has been a catastrophe and has therefore avoided discussing economic issues.
