Man Murders Friend Over Goat Meat At Sehwi Paboase

A man who has only been identified as Azulay is accused of killing his 55-year-old friend Buley with a stick over goat meat.

The tragic incident occurred in Sehwi Paboase, Sehwi Wiawso Municipality, Western North region.

According to the report, the two are close friends who do everything in the community together, including consuming abandoned dead animals.

According to Augustine Boah of Adom News, they always look for a dead animal, prepare it, and share it among themselves.

However, according to Simon Okom, the assemblyman for Paboase electoral area, a misunderstanding occurred between them over a recent dead goat given to them by a resident.

Azulay felt cheated because his suck was used to transport the dead goat and he had expected a larger share of the meat.

Many thought the matter had been settled, but it resurfaced after he went to the deceased’s house to take his suck, during which they allegedly attacked each other with cutlasses and sticks.

Unfortunately, Azulay struck Buley in the head with a stick, knocking him out, but he was later pronounced dead by medics at the Sehwi government hospital.

The body was taken to the Sehwi Wiawso government hospital morgue.

Meanwhile, Azulay, the suspect, is said to have fled town after committing the crime.
