My fiancé left me at the altar and travelled out of the country – Dancehall singer OV recounts

Barbara Naa Okailey Nyarko, better known as OV, has spoken out about a difficult event in a previous relationship that culminated in a heartbreaking wedding day disappointment.

OV revealed the horrific event that caused her engagement to come to an abrupt and surprising conclusion in an open interview.

The Ghanaian musician, recognized for her ability and bright personality, stated that her fiancé abandoned their relationship and cancelled their wedding on the day they were supposed to exchange vows.

OV remembered the tragic occasion solemnly, stating, "I was about to get married, but I was stood up." My wedding gown was on, my make-up and hair were done, and my family was waiting for me at my godfather's house, which served as the location."

Although OV did not specify the year of her loss, she characterized the heartbreaking breakup as taking place over text message.

The quick conclusion of her relationship reflects the unexpected turns that real-life narratives may take.

The aftermath of this traumatic occurrence was one of hurt and despair, but OV demonstrated great fortitude.

She acknowledged the difficulty of the situation, but stated that time had allowed her to heal and progress.

"I received a text from him telling me that he couldn't marry me any longer and that he was traveling abroad, but I believe he had already left." "I was hurt and disappointed, but I've moved on since then," OV said, his voice strong and vulnerable.

When questioned if there was any prospect of reconciliation with her previous partner, OV's response was tinged with comedy and defiance.

"We may marry and everything will be fine, but I will'mafia' him," she responded.
