Some banks leak information – Ken Agyapong on millions of Cedis & Dollars kept at home

Kennedy Agyapong, a member of parliament representing the district of Assin Central, has claimed that certain banks have disclosed the account information of certain ministers of state and other authorities.

According to his point of view, this could possibly explain why some people have made the decision to keep their significant money at home.
Mr. Agyapong, an aspirant for the position of flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), made the following statement in reference to the scandal surrounding the former Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Dapaah, who allegedly stored a significant sum of money at her home: "We cannot run away from it. I am aware that there will be blowback, but I am confident that I have spoken the truth.

Look at the reaction Ghanaians had when Victoria Hammah said, "If I make one million dollars," for example. The person who stated, "If I make it and it gets this kind of criticism, then what about the person who already has it?"

He went on to say that because the banks are aware that he owns a business, they would not question him if he deposited his money in the bank. On the other hand, he mentioned that there are other people who would be questioned if they deposited their money in the bank.

He asserted that the banks had been spreading rumors that the minister in question kept a certain sum of money at his house.
