Stonebwoy To Tour North America With “ 5th Dimension" In July And August

Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known by his stage name Stonebwoy, will embark on a North American tour from July 15, 2023 to August 20, 2023.

The forthcoming tour is in support of his ground-breaking "5th Dimension" album, which debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard Reggae Album Chart a few weeks after its release.

The charismatic performer and a few music industry colleagues have vowed to deliver a memorable performance to the people of North America.

The reigning Best Reggae/Dancehall artist made the announcement via his social media accounts.

Stonebwoy expressed his enthusiasm for the impending tour by saying, "I'm thrilled to bring my music and the energy of the album '5th Dimension' to my North American fans. Stonebwoy is expected to announce tour dates for Canada later this week. As reported last month, he will travel to Europe later this year for a limited UK tour. The internationally renowned reggae, dancehall, and afrobeats musician will perform at Manchester's Canvas on October 26, Birmingham's O2 Academy 2 on October 27, and London's Electric Brixton on October 29.

Stonebwoy's follow-up to his 2020 album Anloga Junction, titled 5th Dimension, was released on April 28 via Universal Music Group and DefJam Recordings. "Manodzi" features multi-GRAMMY recipient Angelique Lidjo, "Life & Money" features English rap heavyweight Stormzy, and "Into The Future" is included on the 17-track album.

The album incorporates Afrobeats, reggae, dancehall, amapiano, and folk music while focusing predominantly on pop-related concepts. The album demonstrates the artist's evolution and development, stretching musical boundaries and venturing into uncharted territory.

Stonebwoy is the first Ghanaian artist to exceed 100 million streams on Audiomack. His compelling rhythms, soul-stirring lyrics, and forceful vocals have propelled him to international fame.

Tickets for the impending tour will go on sale on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 10 a.m. EDT.
