Examine your wrath and you will discover that the woman you perceive as your 'enemy' is also suffering from an affair that went awry when you were both younger.

Once you realize this, you'll be able to disregard the 'noise' and have compassion for her. People may forget who made them laugh, but they will never forget who made them weep.
