Since the publication of her memoir, Yvonne Nelson's social media accounts have been plagued with chaos. She described how Sarkodie impregnated her and instructed her to terminate the pregnancy.

Sarkodie revealed in a rap song, however, that he had asked Yvonne to retain the pregnancy, but she had refused.

According to Sarkodie, he was unprepared when Yvonne told him she was pregnant, but he asked her to retain the child.

However, Yvonne informed him that she was a student and not ready to have a child. Yvonne responded by claiming on Twitter that she completed education before becoming pregnant.

However, Yvonne has been exposed as a liar after some Twitter users debunked her claims in her book that she was barred from acting because she was expectant. In her memoir, she also mentioned that she was in her senior year.
