Former WAFA coach Moro Ibrahim and Prosper Nartey Ogum are reunited at Kotoko.

Former West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) assistant coach Moro Ibrahim has joined the technical staff of Asante Kotoko ahead of the upcoming season.

As the club looks to improve its performance in the upcoming season, Ibrahim will serve as an assistant coach alongside former Hearts of Oak coach David Ocloo and Burton Wilson Asare.
The move reunites the former PAC Academy head coach with Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum, with whom he previously worked at WAFA.
As the squad prepares for the upcoming season, Moro is currently in Beposo. In the 2022–23 season, Moro Ibrahim advanced PAC Academy to the First Division by guiding them to victory in the Ashanti Regional Division Two playoffs.
Ogum, who led Asante Kotoko to their first Ghana Premier League title in eight years and then left the club at the conclusion of the 2021/22 season, has returned to the club with the intention of getting them back on course after a disappointing season.
Kotoko is now concentrated on bolstering its roster in preparation for the upcoming season, as the club aims to finish higher than fourth place this year.
