Real Mallorca licence out Ghanaian midfielder Iddrisu Baba to Almeria.

Almeria has officially acquired Ghanaian midfielder Iddrisu Baba from fellow La Liga club Real Mallorca.

The signing, which was publicised Thursday evening via the club's official Twitter account, is a season-long loan with a purchase option.
The UD Almeria statement read, "Iddrisu Baba is the new UD Almera player! The footballer arrives from RCD Mallorca on loan with a purchase option. Welcome!"
"New chapter unlocked, new beginnings," wrote Baba. Happy to be a member of this wonderful family. Let's travel to @udalmeria."
Iddrisu bid dieu to RCD Mallorca on Wednesday, prior to the official announcement of his transfer. The midfielder, who joined Mallorca in 2014 from Leganes' junior team, made a total of 91 appearances during his time with the club.
Notably, his playing time was limited during the previous season due to injuries. Over the past two seasons, these injury concerns have persisted. Iddrisu Baba's nearly decade-long association with RCD Mallorca ends with this transfer.
With this new opportunity at UD Almeria, Baba hopes to make a significant impression and contribute to his new team's La Liga pursuits.
Baba, who played a pivotal role in Ghana's qualifying campaign for the 2022 World Cup, missed the tournament in Qatar due to injury.
