Showmax to stream Love Island UK Season 10

Season 10 of reality TV phenomenon 'Love Island' arrives first on Showmax in the UK. Episodes 1-9 will air on Friday, July 21, with subsequent episodes airing every Friday. Pack your bags and trade the cold of winter for a long, hot summer at Love Island, once again hosted by Maya Jama.

In search of the ultimate summer romance and prize money of £50,000 (roughly R1.1 million at the current exchange rate), a group of gorgeous bachelors will occupy the sexiest villa in Mallorca, Spain for eight weeks, soaking up the sun, sea and smoothies.

You can't just make a good impression on your fellow countrymen. For love and glorious prizes, the islanders must also win your heart. You have the final say on who gets rejected and who goes home with the winnings. Be prepared for more cake throwing, bed hopping and girl rule violations. After all, all is fair on Love and Love Island.

The UK version has won several awards, including the BAFTA Awards for Best Reality and Constructed Fact, and the MTV Film and Television Awards for Best International Reality Series.
In the first season of Showmax's cult hit Euphoria, Zendaya's Lou finds herself still "craving to see more," even though she watched "Love Island" for 22 straight hours over her two days.

Showmax would have taken Lou firmly and she would have been able to watch four seasons of Love Island Australia, two seasons of Love Island USA, and the previous two seasons of Love Island UK in one fell swoop, including Season 6, which was filmed in South Africa. Love Island UK Season 9, also filmed in South Africa, will premiere on Showmax on August 9, 2023. All franchises are rated 16SL.
