Baba Alhassan donates learning materials to schools in Tamale South

Aspiring New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Tamale South, Alhaji Baba Alhassan has presented learning materials worth thousands of Ghana Cedis to some selected schools in the constituency.

The Parliamentary Candidate donated text books, exercise books, pencils among other materials to the Adubiliyili Presby Primary School and Zaabuni School, a private school at Datoyili.

This is part of the Parliamentary Candidate's support towards enhancing the quality of basic education in the constituency.
Alhaji Baba Alhassan who himself is a student of the University for Development Studies (UDS) told journalists in Tamale after the presentation reiterated his dream of seeing as many children as possible staying in school the largely rural Tamale South Constituency.

He said despite the numerous challenges in the education sector, little was done by the incumbent MP and former Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu to ensure the enhancement of education in the area.

Alhaji Baba Alhassan pledged to extend his gesture to many other schools in the constituency.

The NPP Parliamentary Candidate said he is the best candidate the party should present in 2024 to snatch the seat from the NDC.

He urged delegates
of the party to choose a hard working candidate and not allow any Aspirant to use money to have their way in the upcoming primaries of the party.
