Embrace EID for organizational success- HR practitioner to organizations

A Human Resource Practitioner, Joseph Kwesi Sam has urged organizations to embrace Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) at their workplaces.
According to him, Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) at the workplace enhance innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making that lead to the growth and success of the organization.
Mr. Joseph Kwesi Sam while speaking at the “Getting Ready for Work” webinar mentioned that unconscious biases could be a barrier to embracing Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity in the workplace.
He explained that “unconscious biases are deeply ingrained stereotypes or prejudices that affect our perception and decision without our awareness” and urged individuals to be more deliberate in creating an inclusive space.
