Amea Foundation holds 9 Lessons and Carols Service at Nkoranza

Amea Foundation, under the leadership of its indefatigable Executive Director, Mrs. Harriet Kyeremanteng Oppong organized the 3rd Edition of the Festival of 9 Lessons and Carols Service in Nkoranza on 15th December, 2023.

The Carols service which was under the theme, "Celebrating the Goodness of the Lord", aimed at uniting the good people of Nkoranza and celebrating developmental achievements in the constituency under the auspices of then Amea Foundation.

Traditional leaders, members of the various political parties, religious groups, as well as, members of the security services were actively involved in the event

Amazing performances and great talents were exhibited by the indigenes and local churches. The performances were captivating and phenomenal.

Great Ampong, a renowned gospel musician, was the highlight of the evening. His performance got the atmosphere positively charged through his display of talents and joyous music. His music entertained all present at the occasion, leading participants into a moment of gratitude and worship of the Lord for his goodness in the year, 2023.

In her address, the Executive Director of Amea Foundation, Mrs Harriet Kyeremanteng Oppong expressed enormous gratitude to the people of Nkoranza for their show of love and continuous support towards her cause. She thanked them for her recent victory in the just ended NPP Parliamentary Primaries. Mrs Oppong took the opportunity to appeal to the constituents to rally behind her vision and help make Nkoranza South Constituency, the pride of the Bono East Region. Her appeal was met with loud cheers and applauds.

In the days leading up to the Night of 9 Lessons & Carols, and usual of the Amea Foundation, the Nkoranza Roundabout was decorated with colourful lights that got the entire community in the Christmas mood.
