E/R: Akim Swedru MP Not Fit - Residents Speak

The attention of the speaker of Ghana's Parliament,the Judicial Service must be drawn to a conspicuously,wilfully and an intentionally act that was committed by the said Mp for his alleged deception of the court to have his name changed from Ishmael Akoto to Kennedy Osei Nyarko knowing very well that the such name and its accompanying material documents did not belong to him.

According to the group, Friends of Kwasi Kwaning Bosompem (KKB), led by Nana Afrifa, it's equally important for the Speaker of Parliament and the Judicial Service to establish as to how come a sitting member of Parliament who has multiplicity of date of birth which cast doubt about his real IDENTITY and whether or not he's the same person and genuine.

The records below attest to the position of his mind wishes Ghanaians could interrogate this matter.

He said, in life,every man is born on one specific day but in a situation where a sitting member of Parliament can be born on three(3) separate days is an issue that ought not to be looked lightly.

He emphasized that, the first date of birth which is a public record that anyone could just find attributable to the MP is his official profile which has his date of birth as 2nd October,1979 which is a Tuesday same was with Parliament as can be seen below.

The second date of birth which could also be found of the same person is 2nd April,1979 which is also a Monday as per the records below.

The same person has also been known from birth as having been born as Kwame.The question will be that which specific day was this Mp born and which of the birth certificate,Form 4 certificate as well as his educational certificates are genuine.Every man seeking to enter Parliament and wants to be referred to as an honourable ought to be seen as such without any blemish.

Following from the above, he believes that the said Mp needs to be investigated to ascertain the genuineness of his certificates and his real identity in Ghana's Parliament as well as Akyem Swedru Constituency.

"The intervention of the Speaker is keen due to the fact that after the issue was raised on 5th November,2023,the said MP managed to get the official record with Parliament as the 2nd October,1979 changed within the first week in November to conform to 2nd April,1979 as he have it on his Ghana card now of which he now attributes it to error so if an Mp can be in Parliament for for more than 11 years of which records himself gave to Parliament for which reason same was captured and distributed to portray who is becomes an error now then its problematic.

Also, if records can also be changed in Parliament as when an MP wants of which I beleive when system auditing of the records office in parliament is done would establish this change.We should begin to have people of high repute and also credible as leaders and not any other persons who can not be example to the upcoming generation.My write up is for the establishment of the truth in the interest of Ghana's Parliament as well as my Constituency, Akyem Swedru.". He concluded.
