E/R: Herbal Doctor Cautions Youth Against Stroke

Herbal Physician, Doctor ,Ampem Darko, CEO of Kwayisi Herbal Clinic, Nankese in the Eastern Region of Ghana has commented that more Youth are getting stroke in recent times.

Dr Ampem Darko indicated that, high cholesterol, hypertension, blocked veins and other underlying health factors are causative factors of stroke but lifestyle is a major contributor.

He posited that, though people visit his facility with different ailments but stroke is the most prevelent and a cause to worry about.

Dr Ampem Darko added that, stroke as a brain disease immobilizes the patient thereby making him or her dependant on other relatives a situation that reduces the families' income generation.

Herbal Physician Dr Ampem Darko therefore advised the teaming youth to desist from interest in hard liquor but regular exercise and fruits consumption will scale up their long life.

He made these statements in an interview with the press during stroke awareness and prevention day.
