I'm Proud The Youth Comported Themselves At Obodwan Festival

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for West Akyem Municipality of the Eastern Region of Ghana, Hon Seth Boadu has praised the youth in Asamakese for the calm exhibited during this Obodwan Festival.

"The police and other security services were in town to maintain peace and order and could also attest to the fact that, there was no report of misbehaviour from the citizens, especially the youth." Hon Seth Boadu stated.


"As a leader I'm thrilled about the way the youth and people in Asamakese have united and celebrated the obodwan festival in a unique and harmonious way. Everyone is enjoying the rich traditional culture of Asamakese courtesy Osaberima Adu Darko lll and his able elders.
As the head of the security council in West Akyem municipality, I will make sure we will celebrate this festival with no fear and panic" Hon Seth Boadu added.
