PEOPLE OF ASIKUMA ODOBEN BRAKWA CRY FOR DEVELOPMENT

People of Asikuma Odoben Brakwa, a farming District in the Central Region of Ghana, has expressed bitterly the worry over poor development.

Residents expressed that, since 1992 with the inception of democracy, no development has come to Asikuma Odoben Brakwa. It is important to raise the alarm on why Asikuma Odoben Brakwa is not getting the needed development it deserves.

According to them, they lack roads, hospitals, schools and others.

They thought that, a new beginning has come with the election of current member of parliament Hon Alhaji Alhassan Kobina Ghansah.

Speaking in an interview with, the NDC aspiring member of parliament for Asikuma Odoben Brakwa, Hon William Adu-Oduro said, the New Patriotic Party ( NPP) leadership has woefully and totally failed them. Therefore they are not going to sit down unconcerned to allow NPP mediocrity, lack of vision, wanton behavior of greediness to take the better part of the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa.

Hon William posited that , he has done so much work for Asikuma Odoben Constituency, adding that, people of Asikuma Odoben must not look any further than him as he is prepared to take the constituency to the promise land.
