According to Rev Eric Moore, he was on Evangelism when he found this little girl going to school from a village near Nobi in Abuakwa North Municipality to Akyem Tafo, he traced to know the parents of the little girl and a whole lot of stories were given,

In brief of the parents stories " they were asked to pay Ghc7,000 instance for Vicentia surgery but they were not able to afford leading to the caused.

Vicentia was born premature and developed crabfoot meaning she cannot walk properly as we use to walk.

She is just like every other 10 year girl but is trapped in a body where her legs won't do what she want. She is in constant pain, Bluntly without the surgery she can't be able to walk properly, which is heartbreaking for the parents. Despite her condition, she is always present in school, she desperately wants to be able to move with her brothers and sisters
