THE M.P FOR THE TALENSI CONSTITUENCY , HON . B . T . BABA PRESENTS FOOD ITEMS TO CONSTITUENCY AND BRANCH EXECUTIVES

The Hon. B. T. Baba, M.P. for the Talensi Constituency, yesterday, the 25th of December, 2022 presented assorted food items worth thousands of Ghana cedis, financed from his personal resources to the Constituency Executives for distribution to all the ninety six (96) polling stations' Executives and the twenty eight (28) Constituency Executives as well to celebrate this year's Christmas.

The food items included rice, makeriel, oil and T-tomatoes.

The Hon. Member of Parliament since becoming the representative of the Talensi people in the august House of Parliament in 2015, has been extending this gesture to constituents during every annual religious festive occasions hence, yesterday's presentation is not an exception.

The presentation forms part of the MP's appreciation of the works and sacrifices of these officers in the running of our dear party at the various levels.

The Constituency Executives upon receipt of the items caused the organizing unit to quickly distribute them to the beneficiaries as required and I am happy to report that this was carried out seamlessly despite the short notice of the arrival of the items.

The leadership of Hon. John Millim Nabwomya would like to express its profound gratitude to the Hon. B. T. Baba for such a huge donation to us at this very occasion of Christmas celebration.

The organizing unit also deserves commendation for ensuring that the distribution was done at the rather tight and short notice. Their collaborative effort was highly impressive.

To our branch chairman and their Executives, we are equally happy of your comportment and supports which made it possible for us to do the distribution without any challenge. This is how the work is. It sometimes infringes on your personal comfort and arrangements. But once, you have elected yourselves to serve, you must do so regardless of the form and shape of the assignment.
