He gave the example of how the self-proclaimed king of Dancehall insults people in whatever way he pleases and uses foul language without any regard for the consequences.

"You cannot issue a diplomatic passport to someone who puts a phone in front of themselves, insults all leaders, insults people's moms, insults people's fathers, smokes, and insults people with their private parts. Come on, let's put an end to demeaning certain things already.
