UW: NDC thrown into a state of mourning again

Titus Polikuu, a former Deputy Regional Youth Organizer of the National Demoratic Congress, NDC in the Upper West Region, has died Sunday evening.

He was said to have involved in a motor accident near Bamahu, a suburb in Wa Municipal, leading to his death.

This comes at a time the party is mourning the recent passing of the first wife of their Regional Chair, Abdul-Nasir Sani.

He was a teacher at the Wa School for The Deaf.

Tributes have been pouring in since news broke of his passing with many expressing shock over the development.

One of such persons is the National Youth Organizer of the NDC- Mr. George Opare Addo.

"Rest in power Comrade Titus Polikuu. This news hit me hard, totally unexpected. We lost Titus this evening through a motor accident in Wa. He was a former Deputy Regional Youth Organizer of the Upper West. He was married with three kids. May the good Lord hold and keep the family strong during this period. The NDC has lost a great asset. Rest well my brother!," he wrote a tribute in a Facebook post.
