Sad News Hits NDC

Magdalene Araba Tagoe, a prominent figure within the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has sadly passed away.

The news of Araba Tagoe's demise was shared by Mr. Richard Kirk Mensah, the Western Region Communications Director of the NDC. Although the exact cause of her passing remains unclear, sources suggest that she had been facing health issues for a while.

Mr. Mensah expressed deep sorrow at the loss, emphasizing the significant impact Araba Tagoe's passing will have on the NDC. He conveyed, "Auntie Araba Tagoe, a member of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the National Democratic Congress, has passed away. This is very saddening and a substantial loss to the NDC."

Recognized as Magdalene Araba Tagoe and affectionately known as Araba Tagoe, she served as the Deputy Western Regional Women Organizer for the NDC for an extended period. Later on, she contested and became a member of the party's national executive council, holding this position until her untimely passing.

Tragically, the NDC experienced another significant loss earlier in July this year with the passing of Madam Sherry Ayittey, a dedicated supporter who had previously served as a Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development. The party remembered Madam Sherry Ayittey as a hardworking and selfless individual.

In conclusion, the NDC mourns the loss of Magdalene Araba Tagoe, a valued member of their party who held multiple significant positions. Her passing is deeply felt within the NDC community, adding to the earlier loss of Madam Sherry Ayittey.
