Selina Boateng Claps Back at Critics: "Stop Telling Me to Hit the Gym!"

Selina Boateng, a Ghanaian Gospel Minister, has issued a warning to her critics who keep advising her to lose weight. During an interview with Nana Romeo Welewele on Accra FM, Minister Selina expressed her displeasure with people who keep asking her to shed some pounds. She explained that the human body undergoes various transformations due to several factors, including health issues.

Miss Boateng went on to add that there are personal reasons why someone may look a certain way at a particular point in time, and therefore, it is not appropriate to suggest that anyone lose weight. The Songstress also advised her fans, friends, and family to refrain from pressuring her to lose weight.

Selina Boateng emphasized that she is naturally a plus-size person, and her size is not due to overeating. She explained that she used to starve herself, but now she eats well, which has contributed to her present look.

It is essential to understand that everyone's body is unique, and it undergoes different changes due to various factors. Therefore, it is not appropriate to judge someone based on their size or to advise them to lose weight. Instead, we should embrace diversity and promote body positivity.
