Shocking Viral Video: Trio Arrested for Barbaric Assault on Young Woman

Police officers from the Nsukka Area Command in Enugu State have apprehended Obed Chekwube Ugwuanyi, known as MC Sharp, Chinenye Agbo, also called Star Ella Ada, and Anastasia Onu for their involvement in assaulting a young woman named Chinenye. The incident was captured in a viral video, showing Chinenye being beaten, stripped, and her hair forcibly shaved. The assault was said to have occurred due to allegations that Chinenye had bitten Anastasia, who is Obed's girlfriend.

According to a statement by police spokesperson DSP Daniel Ndukwe, initial investigations reveal that the trio claims the video was a prank intended to gain more followers on their social media accounts. However, the video has sparked public outcry due to the extreme and degrading treatment Chinenye endured. Enugu State's Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Ammani, has condemned the act and ordered the State CID Enugu to conduct a thorough investigation. This action is aimed at prosecuting those responsible and setting an example that such actions disguised as pranks will not be tolerated.
