Nurture future leaders- Dompim Chief to Wassa Fiase Students Union.

Chief of Dompim Pepesa, has called on Wassa Fiase Students Union to Nurture Future Ghanaian Leaders who can lead Ghana in the near future, emphasizing the need to develop the human resources of the Wassa people beyond natural resources.

According to Ohyeawora Bian Nyonwa Panyin IV “Having national leaders from the Wassa land, would enable the utilization of resource proceeds to develop the area”.

Speaking at the first general meeting of the Wassa Fiase Student Union's Takoradi Technical University branch on July 15, 2023, Ohyeawora Bian Nyonwa Panyin IV expressed his unwavering belief in the potential of the student community to produce capable leaders.

With a specific focus on the student union, he reassured them of his foundation's support for this cause.
This initiative reflects Ohyeawora Bian Nyonwa Panyin IV's commitment to youth empowerment and national progress.

His call to action encourages the identification and nurturing of potential leaders within the student community.




This message serves as an inspiration for other communities and student unions, fostering a sense of pride and responsibility

The President of the Union Miss Esther Nana Achiaa Yeboah appreciated Ohyeawora Bian Nyonwa Panyin IV's call to cultivate future leaders for Ghana.


She said “We are inspired to embrace this responsibility and nurture leadership qualities within our student community. Your assurance of support through the foundation motivates us to actively participate in shaping the nation's future. We will work diligently to identify and develop potential leaders who can contribute to the progress of the Wassa land and Ghana as a whole”.


She expressed her gratitude on behalf of union to the Chief for his commitment to youth empowerment and national development.

In attendance at the meeting were the Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, chiefs and other dignitaries.
