Mohammed Kudus backed by Ghanaians to keep an eye on the Dutch Eredivisie top scorer award

Mohamed Kudus has emerged as one of the few Ghanaian players playing overseas who consistently delivers outstanding performances since the start of the 2022–23 season.

Due to his recent form, the 22-year-old mercurial midfielder has gained widespread attention.

He has gained notoriety as one of the most exciting young Africans in European football because to his remarkable form.

Kudus made a huge contribution in the Dutch league after transferring to Ajax from Danish club FC Nordsjaelland in July 2020.

He has received support from football enthusiasts in Ghana and the rest of Africa to keep an eye on the Dutch Eredivisie top scorer award at the end of the season although he wasn’t really instrumental during the international break.

Kudus has scored 11 goals in the Dutch first division, which puts him close to the league's leading scorer, FC Ultrecht's Anastasios Douvikas and Xavi Simons, who has scored 13 goals each.

Due to his performances and prolific scoring run, Mo Kudus has emerged as a crucial and indispensable element of the Ajax squad.

The Ajax supporters hope he maintains his excellent form and assists them in winning trophies at the end of the season.
