The Nigeria Rugby League National Team has arrived in Ghana 3 days ahead of the Middle East-Africa Rugby League Championship.
Nigeria hosted Ghana, Morocco and Cameroon in the 2019 edition of the tournament.
They sealed a victory against Ghana by a 25 - 12 score to qualify to the finals. They emerged as winners after defeating Morocco with a score of 38 - 10 in the finals.
On 28th September, Nigeria will play against Cameroon at the Mensah Sarbah Field (University of Ghana, Legon) .
The winner will then move to the finals which will be played on 1st October 2022.
