A DEGREE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR A JOB - PS LORD ATTA QUAISIE
For most graduates in Ghana, their degree is a status symbol that carries the magic wand to get any job.
Most tertiary students are in school just to get a certificate. They mostly do not care what education they get.
But, according to Lord Atta Quaisie, Pastor/Author/Speaker, having a degree, as good as it is, only, grants you access into the room (i.e an interview) but does not guarantee you a seat (job)
In addition to getting a degree, graduates must develop communication skills, emotional intelligence and leadership skills, he advices
