GUPS meets Minister for Works and Housing
The Ghana Union of Professional Students (GUPS) led by its president, Her Excellency Emily Jemima Nyarko, met with the Minister for Works and Housing, Francis Asenso-Boakye, on Wednesday
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the importance of youth leadership and to seek the Minister's support for GUPS programs and events.
During the meeting, Minister Asenso-Boakye encouraged the students to be patient, hardworking, and to serve their country diligently. He also promised to attend GUPS events and support the students in any way he can.
The GUPS executives were pleased with the meeting and said that they were inspired by the Minister's commitment to youth leadership. They believe that young people have a vital role to play in shaping the future of Ghana.
This meeting is a positive sign of the government's commitment to engaging with young people and supporting their development. It is also a reminder of the importance of youth leadership in Ghana.
