Ambulance case: Dame told me his target is Ato Forson, not me – Jakpa

Richard Jakpa, the third accused in the ambulance case, testified that Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame told him the case's primary target was Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, aiming to get him jailed.

Jakpa claimed he cooperated with the AG, sharing documents, in exchange for a promised "no case" application for his discharge.

He alleged the AG provided him with contract documents before the prosecution closed its case, leading him to believe the AG would assist him.

This testimony was revealed during cross-examination by Ato Forson's legal team on June 13.
