We’re not perturbed about admission of Jakpa’s audio – Tuah-Yeboah

The Ghanaian Attorney General's office has stated that it is unfazed by the High Court's decision to admit an audio recording between the Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame, and Richard Jakpa, a defendant in the ambulance procurement trial.

The recording was admitted as evidence despite the AG's opposition. Deputy Attorney-General Alfred Tuah-Yeboah said the content of the audio is already public knowledge and they are not concerned about it.

The presiding judge, Justice Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe, admitted the recording in the interest of fairness, allowing it as electronic evidence.
