Richard Jakpa, the third accused in the ambulance case has admitted to not submitting the entire WhatsApp conversation with Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame to the court.
During cross-examination, Jakpa explained that he only presented relevant parts of the conversation to support his case.
The prosecution suggested that Jakpa sent 68 messages to Dame, but only received two responses.
Jakpa clarified that some requests were made orally, and the WhatsApp conversation doesn't reveal the entirety of their communication.
The prosecution also revealed that Dame's assistance to Jakpa was initially requested by Justice Yonni Kulendi, Jakpa's cousin.
