Prophet Nigel Gaisie claims that Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) candidate Roman Fada was offered a large sum of money to drop out of the presidential race just before he filed his nomination.
Gaisie, who was with him at the time, advised Fada to refuse the offer, calling it an attempt to limit voters' options in the December 7 elections.
Roman Fada, who took over as GFP’s leader after the passing of Akua Donkor, now faces growing interest in his candidacy. Gaisie urged transparency in the election process, saying such tactics harm Ghana’s democracy.
