Speaker Alban Bagbin’s lawyer, Thaddeus Sory, has addressed recent comments following his absence from a Supreme Court session in the high-profile case involving the Speaker of Parliament.
In a social media post, Sory highlighted a lack of constructive debate, criticizing an unnamed individual for using insults instead of engaging in meaningful discourse. “He does not argue any point, just insults,” Sory stated, underscoring the importance of focused dialogue.
Meanwhile, Attorney-General Godfred Yeboah Dame, present at the court session, expressed concern over the absence of Sory and the Speaker’s legal team, describing it as “disrespect” to the Supreme Court.
