Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has called for calm, urging stakeholders to avoid panic and let the democratic system function.
He reassured Ghanaians that Parliament is operational despite recent criticisms and declared that fear-mongering must stop.
Speaking to the press on November 6, Bagbin highlighted his over 30 years of parliamentary experience, affirming his commitment to maintaining stability in the institution.
His remarks come in response to Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, who recently expressed concern over what she described as a "constitutional crisis" due to Parliament's inactive sessions amid ongoing disputes over vacant seats.
