Lawyer Twum Barimah has labeled Ghana's current government "complex and complicated" amid tensions between Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin and the Chief Justice.
Speaking to Kasapa News, he defended the Speaker's decision to declare four parliamentary seats vacant, arguing it was legally grounded.
Barimah pointed out that similar legal measures had been applied to MPs Adwoa Safo and Kennedy Agyapong without issue.
He questioned why the same approach is now causing controversy, emphasizing that Speaker Bagbin is simply following constitutional law despite conflicting interpretations.
